Diagnosis

Vertex, scutellum and first gastral tergite smooth and shiny; occipital margin with an edge behind ocellar triangle; forewing strongly setose with a very small speculum; propodeum with median carina with sides converging towards posterior part and very narrow in posterior part; petiole 1.5X as long as wide.

Costa Rica, Mexico, Trinidad & Tobago.

From prepupae of Psephenus texanus Brown & Arrington (Coleoptera: Psephenidae).
